Fort McMurray Tourism’s Spring Trade Show & Western RV Country Show Starting Friday!
Fort McMurray, AB. April 24, 2019. Fort McMurray Tourism (FMT) is excited to bring their biggest Trade Show to Fort McMurray this weekend, April 26-28th at MacDonald Island Park. The total attendance is expected to be approximately 10,000 people with over 200 exhibitors.
FMT looks forward to welcoming all exhibitors and attendees to the Spring Trade Show under the newly formed Wood Buffalo Economic Development Corporation (WBEDC.) “We’re delighted to have Fort McMurray Tourism as part of the Wood Buffalo Economic Development Corporation. The Spring Trade Show is our first venture with the new organization, and with their past expertise it is running smoothly - we look forward to many future opportunities in this area,” said Kevin Weidlich, WBEDC’s Chief Executive Officer.
Also, a special thank you to all the prize sponsors. Four door prizes will be offered at the 2019 Spring Trade Show including: Will Packages from Don Scott Law (valued at $1650), a Le Creuset Cookware set from Harris Appliance (valued at $850), a Persian Carpet from Kashan Persian Rugs (valued at $750). Try your luck cracking “The Vault” a grand prize of $5000 cash presented by Country 93.3. Contestants will receive a draw ballot with their admission purchase and the draws will take place on Sunday, April 28that 4:30pm.
The hours for the show are:
Friday, April 26, 2018 – 1pm to 9pm
Saturday, April 27, 2018 – 10am to 7pm
Sunday, April 28, 2018 – 10am to 5pm
