2018 Citizen Satisfaction Survey: We’ve got questions. You’ve got answers.
Residents across the region may see a call from Bannister Research on their phones over the next few weeks. The Municipality has contracted the professional research firm to conduct the region’s first citizen satisfaction survey since 2009.
“This is an opportunity to check in with residents and gain insight into their perceptions and opinions across a number of issues in the region,” said Lynda McLean, Director, Communications and Stakeholder Relations. “The results of the 2018 Citizen Satisfaction Survey will allow us to better identify our successes, as well as opportunities for improvement.”
The 2018 Citizen Satisfaction Survey will assess resident awareness and satisfaction around:
- Quality of life and safety
- Municipal services, programs and facilities
- Contact with municipal staff
- Value received for tax dollars
- Municipal priorities
- Communication with the public
Households within Fort McMurray and the region’s rural hamlets will be randomly selected for the phone survey. Depending on the length of resident answers, it should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
Residents who do not receive a phone call from Bannister Research and wish to share their feedback can take the 2018 Citizen Satisfaction Survey online at rmwb.ca/satisfaction.
