Spring always brings about positive change and good vibes after a long winter. And boy, do we ever need spring this year after the winter we’ve had. As I write this, I’m still surrounded by snow, ice and cold weather and I’m dreaming of hot summer days and and lots of time in the outdoors enjoying the best Fort McMurray has to offer!
Our annual Home and Garden Guide is a favourite of mine as it helps showcase some of the best reasons to live in our region. This year’s edition is no exception. Our cover story features the Morgan Family home makeover spearheaded by now local legend Billy Martin. Billy and a whole giant team of volunteers and businesses really embody the spirit of what makes YMM so fantastic. You can read all about the Morgan’s and the makeover on page 6.
You can also check out more about Fort McMurray’s hip area the River Station District right in Fort McMurray’s downtown core by the riverfront. If you’re looking for an urban vibe, with amazing amenities and some of the best views in town, you’ll find it in this group of Liam properties and you can learn all about it on page 10.
