Protecting the environment is something that Canadians are passionate about. So much so that Canadian Environment Week will be celebrating its 48th anniversary this year!
On a local level, Industry and Wood Buffalo’s residents make their environmental surroundings a top priority.
Syncrude has always understood the scale, and impact, of its operations. Today, their environmental research teams, in collaboration with universities and research institutes, help achieve the company’s long-term vision for its reclamation projects.
