For decades, the Fort McMurray real estate industry has moved through the booms and busts of our city. It’s a competitive and often fast-paced market to manage.

Realtors are responsible for keeping up with the best knowledge of home and commercial buying and selling. And, it’s no secret that it takes a lot of hard work to stay on top of providing quality service.

Fort McMurray residents are saying you can expect the best from the experts at CENTURY 21 Dynamic Realty. CENTURY 21 was locally-established in 1999 by Paulette Coburn. Five years later, Diann Pellerin took over the Broker title, and she has been leading the team ever since.

With management help from her daughter, Danielle Schwitz, also a realtor; the team has just under a dozen real estate agents carrying the Century 21 title.

“Our CENTURY 21 agents offer very personal and professional service to our clients. The agents are well-trained and dedicated to both their clients and their careers. We are a smaller firm with agents that have been with our brokerage since day one,” said Diann of her team of realtors.

As for the local market, Diann is optimistic and shared it’s on its way back to solid ground.

“I believe the real estate market here in Fort McMurray is on the mend,” she said. “Although home prices are down, there is an influx of properties sold. Investors are investing in rental properties again. Something we haven’t seen much of in the past few years.”
