Jean is the owner of Magic Mops Cleaning, a house cleaning service that has been in Fort McMurray since August 2016. The idea of her business started with her wanting to keep busy while her husband was at work.
After starting with cleaning a few houses, she quickly realized how much she loved working for her clients. Happy with the results, they told friends about her. And by word-of-mouth, her company spread like magic throughout the city.
By 2017, Jean hired employees to keep up with the demand. Today, she has a team of four, who she calls “wonderful, hardworking ladies,” and she plans to continue expanding the company.
