Letter From Our Partner: Bouchier

The Bouchier story began over 20 years ago at a time when our oil industry was in its infancy in the Wood Buffalo region. Today, Bouchier is the largest private Indigenous-owned company providing site service support for major producers. Our company has an indigenous workforce target of 45% and we proudly employ 1,000 people.

Bouchier’s culture is one of family, in the largest sense of the word. At the core of everything we do - we care, we inspire, and we focus on delivery excellence.  As a good neighbour we work with our clients to support and grow our community.

Over the past 10 years, we’ve invested $4-million dollars and our staff have volunteered thousands of hours supporting initiatives that provide greater well-being for the people of Wood Buffalo.  From youth programming to sports & recreation to female empowerment and strengthening our Indigenous local heritage and culture, we’ve seen our people thrive and our community prosper.

Congratulations to each one of this year’s Top 50 Under 50! It is so exciting to see a group of people who share many of the same values as we do at Bouchier.
